The Chicago Park District's renovation of Soldier Field included several parking options for guests of Soldier Field, the Museum Campus and the Lakefront Pavilion at Northerly Island.

The North garage provides underground parking for 2,500, and is located near the Children’s Garden, Gold Star Memorial Park, Burnham Harbor, Veteran's Sculpture and Water Wall. The main entrance to the North garage is located on Museum Campus Drive with a second entrance from McFetridge Drive.

In addition to the North garage, additional parking is available in the East Museum surface lot. The entrance to the lot is located on Museum Campus Drive.

The Waldron parking deck located just south of Soldier Field is a double-deck garage providing 1,500 convenient parking spaces for the Sledding Hill and patrons attending events at Soldier Field.

The South lot is located south of the Waldron parking deck and serves events at Soldier Field, Burnham Harbor and McCormick Place.

Surface lot parking for the Adler Planetarium is available in the Planetarium lot on Lynn White Drive just off of Solidarity Drive. The Planetarium lot is the most convenient parking location for customers visiting the Adler Planetarium or for people attending an event at the Lakefront Pavilion at Northerly Island.

Handicap parking is available in all of the lots with additional handicap parking in the East Museum surface lot from 10:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.

Bus parking for school, tour and charter buses is available in the Adler Planetarium surface parking lot located on Lynn White Drive. The fee for bus parking is twice the daily rate. Bus parking is not allowed on Solidarity Drive or in the Museum drop-off areas.
